How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

What are your shipping options?
We ship across Canada and the USA via Canada Post.
- Standard Shipping (Canada): $16.00 CAD — 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Canada): $32.00 CAD — 1–2 business days
- Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $75.00 CAD

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Email us at fishjack262@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Are custom or personalized rings returnable?
Custom and personalized rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

What materials are your rings made from?
Our rings are crafted from premium materials including S-925 sterling silver, stainless steel, tungsten carbide, and gold-plated finishes. Each product listing includes full material details.

How do I find my ring size?
We recommend using a ring sizer or measuring an existing ring that fits well. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.

Do you offer ring sizing or resizing?
Please contact us before ordering if you need a specific size not listed. We do not offer resizing after purchase.
